I just don't know what Sony does with PS Plus money at times. idk smh
With things like PS Now game streaming being a thing on PSN, could you Imagine streaming a game and your in the middle of a hard boss battle and the network cuts off? That's just not fair to a paying customer. Even a short outage can have a big effect on customer loyalty and the way a brand is perceived.
