- Added France and Colorado levels.
- Snowboard trails disabled.
- Added Japanese support.
- Added new names to default high scores.
- Restores View button cycling of high score tables.
- Added full Chinese voice overs.
- Updates Chinese test menu.
- Adjusts AI for Chinese games.
- Added head-to-head winner message in multiplayer.
- Added "Hold On!" message at race start.
- Added ability to steer with board tilt.
The game gives the player a realistic snowboarder to stand on, controlling the game by pivoting and sliding.
Solid & sturdy rails allow players to safely maintain their balance during each race and a blower built into the front cabinet generates a realistic wind effect as you go.
The game features five courses (now) to select from and three snowboarders to play as; each athlete has five different snowboards that you can choose from.
X Games Snow Boarder features impossible stunts, heart-pounding speed boosts, upgradeable snowboards, and huge multipliers for massive scores you can share and compare online.
