This version was meant to have a European release, but it kept getting delayed over and over again and was then cancelled. Allegedly the reason it was cancelled was because SEGA, Capcom and Virgin Interactive (who published a lot of Capcom's games for the Saturn and Playstation) couldn't decide on how much the price should be.
