How to do an oil change and cabin filter replacement on a X166 GL/ML Class. My GL450 has the 4.7l v8. If you do not feel confident in doing your own oil change please take it to a certified technician that has the proper tools. The X166 ML/GL class came with two different kinds of oil filters. Check which on you have before removing and throwing away the filter. OEM Part Numbers below
