Xak (ENG) Tower of Gazzel (MSX) COMPLETE
3Xak Precious Package: The Tower of Gazzel is a fantasy role-playing video game developed and published by the Japanese software developer Microcabin. The game is a direct sequel to Xak: The Art of Visual Stage and Xak II: The Rising of the Red Moon. While technically being the third installment of the series, The Tower of Gazzel is a sidestory taking place between the events of Xak II and Xak III.
This game instead uses a birds eye top down perspective to navigate through a labyrinth tower which is a singular dungeon spread across multiple floors. The game is smaller than the main series, so I uploaded it into one video for you to enjoy.
Next, we will finally be entering the final installment of this series, and it is quite the massive improvement graphically and mechanically compared to the other games on the MSX, partly because it’s on much stronger hardware and the translation is also more legible and accurate as it was translated by a much better team, so look forward to that next time as we head into the climax of the Xak Saga.
