77Xbox One Kinect power given to developers in the June update, along with the Xbox One June update. Developers are getting a new SDK that allows them to make full use of the Xbox One system resources including turning off Kinect Voice and Video features.
No word yet on older games getting a post launch patch. We would hope to see Titanfall get a FPS boost in the near future, probably with the next Map Pack DLC
