Microsoft's Phil Spencer has confirmed what we already knew, they are working on another xbox one system, named Scorpio. The Scorpio is 4K capable and armed with the most powerful GPU out there for any console at 6TFLOPS.

Scorpio is confirmed to have an eight core CPU and 336GB/s of memory bandwidth. Whether the xbox one scorpio will use the Polaris architecture or the upcoming AMD zen lineup of CPU / APU's isn't confirmed yet, nor is the amount of RAM that the system features.
