I am using some quality of life mods that don't affect gameplay but do make it easier to navigate the game's interface such as: Evac All, Make Weapons Available (when setting up for missions), Free Camera Rotation (so you don't have to be in isometric view all the time), and numerous graphical mods for armour textures, etc.
