XCOM Chimera Squad is the latest iteration to the XCOM Franchise. Taking a different spin on things, we play as a pilot program designed to test the viability of an inter-species, special tactics, policing unit. Somewhat akin to Interpol, or maybe the FBI, we are led by Director Jane Kelly of XCOM fame, and a grizzled XCOM affiliated operative in Godmother.


This game brings a twist to the normal, turn based mechanic, of the other XCOM games. Rather than being able to decide who does what, and when, on your turn and then waiting for the enemy's move, we operate off of a timeline. Each individual, whether on our team or on opposing forces, falls in a specific position on the Timeline, and turns progress accordingly. Join me as I learn the nuances and differences of this latest game in the XCOM universe. Let's Play a Story.
