XCOM2 - E16 - Poisoned Heart
12I've modded AWC Abilities so that soldiers can still get these "free" abilities unlocked, even if you build the Advanced Warfare Center late in the game. Might balance the unlock rates somewhat, but it's still a work in progress. I don't particularly like the "True Retroactive" mod because it just grants the abilities immediately without requiring any work from the player, so this is a first stab at my take on retroactive ability unlocking.
