Mangohud took over my settings, no idea how to get it to be less invasive. its either on every window or off

OBS settings -
720p 60fps bicubic downscale from 1080p canvas
output - FFmpeg VAAPI H.264
bitrate - 3500kbps
trying to get the gstreamer encoder up and running, but this looks pretty good for what it is. will try to push 4500-5000kbps in the future
