First ever speedrun of all heroes done by anyone, brand new category that was thought of before but no one until now attempted taking a crack at it. Went much better than I anticipated, I had given a time estimate of 10-12 hours beforehand, and I was skeptical of even reaching 10. My routing efforts paid off quite a bit.

For the exact definition of all heroes: permanently obtaining all 19 heroes, including the postgame ones. This requires completing all non-ascension hero quests. This does NOT include getting Ethel back. Time ends on obtaining the 19th and final hero, which for my route is Nia. I show my classes and hero roster at the end as finalized proof.

(Just a side note, it would be simpler to say obtaining all classes, but that runs into the potential problem of renaming the category "all classes" when I want "all heroes" to stay. This is very arbitrary, but "all classes" sounds a lot lamer than "all heroes".)

Would like to mention that I split late a few times, and I ended up finishing monica sooner than I was supposed to. So that's why my monica split might seem pointless since I went out of order.

If I tried to say everything that went wrong in this run, we'd be here all day. But overall that wasn't anything super catastrophic. First half of ch4 is probably my worst section. A lot of fights are fairly suboptimal strat wise but my execution was solid the whole run outside of menuing. Keep in mind I went into this having only done one run-through to figure out the route and not much practice. Also I've come to realize doing Ethel's ascension would be optimal mostly likely even if it would cost minor timeloss, it just escaped my mind. For what you could go beyond 8:40, there's probably an easy 20-30 minutes of timesave, if the run was ever more optimized sub 8 might be realistic. But since it's an 8 hour run and not the main category, no one's gonna view it as something worth grinding
