This Blade can be obtained either on a New Game+ file, or on a brand new game started only after having cleared the game at least once. She can be resonated with at random at a much higher rate than the other Rare Blades.
T-elos is a powerful Blade, capable of increasing her Driver's damage capability in various ways. For every Driver that's incapacitated, hers will gain a damage increase. You can set up some incredible numbers with her in your party.
