Xenoblade Chronicles 3: Part 79: Improving Colony Mu's Damaged Morale

The Hero Quest involving Fiona, Colony Mu's Commander, was just completed. All was well, right...?
No... It wasn't, because of how that little story ended in the first place...
Irma, one of Mu's top soldiers and one of Fiona's closest friends... turned out to be a backstabber. Even worse, she was actually Colony Mu's Consul, I.
This eventually led to her defeat and the destruction of Mu's Flame Clock thanks to Ouroboros' efforts, but that also meant that Fiona lost one of her dearest friends, and the rest of Colony Mu was left heartbroken by Irma's betrayal...
Something had to be done to cheer the Colony up in this new phase of their lives, and you will be using Ouroboros to help Fiona out with that.
Gather info and then Discuss about "Colony Mu's Future to start a layered Standard Quest called "Unease".

Talk to Tallow to start sending out invitations for a special gathering with him and Fiona, talking to the likes of Nico, Lotus, Tussore, and Googoo (interesting set of names, there). More soldiers will also join the gathering beyond those four.

The gathering is about asking the other soldiers what they could now do with their liberated lives...
Nico suggested getting more provisions. Gather more food and work together to make a big dinner out of it. As Ouroboros, you're gonna be going for some fishing.
Collect:
Aromatic Krodlax Meat
Top-Quality Moglum Liver
Rich Serprond Collar-Cut
All of these are harvested from different sea monsters that you have to fight. Bring them back to Tallow.
Turns out EVERYONE had the same idea to fish! This cheered up the Colony a bit more!
But then... Tallow got into an argument with Ayase. She wanted the Colony to be more organized, but Tallow preferred a looser approach to keep everyone's spirits up.
This argument led to the air around the gathering to get cold again... Poor Fiona...

That will end "Unease", but now a sequel Quest is in order. Gather and Discuss info of "Tallow's Reputation" in the Colony Mu Barracks to start a Quest called "To Face Forward".
Colony Mu is split 50/50 on whether Tallow deserves to be the Colony's Lieutenant, as in Fiona's second-in-command. If this doesn't get worked out soon, they may all not only completely lose their trust in Tallow, but also in Fiona...
Just... so much to patch up after the Irma incident...
Nonetheless, Fiona was ready to move forward. This time trying to talk to others, herself.

First go to the Canteen. Tallow has another announcement.
He's made Progress Point Cards. The soldiers are to perform a task or some helpful action around the colony to score points and stickers. Whoever got the most will replace Tallow as the new Lieutenant.
But... not even Fiona knew about this... Despite this, even she, the Commander, participated in the contest, with Ouroboros backing her up, of course.

From there, you can basically do things at your own leisure, and then talk to Tallow.
Sometimes you're just hunting down monsters, other times you're finding missing items for a Mu solider, like giving a Broken Pendant back to Mikaela. Other times still, you may instead need to help out a Mu solider with personal problems, such as Hildemarie's depression of feeling useless, or seeing what's been bothering Ayase this whole time...
I decided to do EVERYTHING. As much as I could before finishing things with Tallow, though I do get "distracted" sometimes.

After some funny arguments of placing those stickers on the team's Progress Point Card, it was time to report to Shu for how many points they'll get out of them.
If you did every task that you could... the winner and new Lieutenant will be...
AYASE! She got 999 points! But... how...?! Not even she knew.
And then Hildemarie also got 999 points! And then Kanata ALSO got 999 points!
.....
This contest got pretty weird because Tallow and Shu botched up the priorities of how points were gained. So... EVERYONE that participated just got 999 points, including Fiona. Which means somehow, EVERYONE will no be Lieutenant.
Which means... nothing really happened. At least some of the soldiers had fun with this, which is what Tallow was hoping for out of this.
But none the more had gotten elevated out of this experience than Fiona, herself. All the help that Ouroboros gave her also made her realize that she hadn't been so good at leading plans herself.
Rather than Colony Mu need a Lieutenant, Fiona just needed to be a better leader.

Past this Quest of "To Face Forward" I was preparing to move forward from Colony Mu, for now.
This Colony really knows how to tug the heartstrings. Fiona deserves every hug she gets.
