4Break attacks are your best friend in this fight. As soon as you get her into break status hit her with your best special attack. When she uses Overtaker make sure everyone is at full health or close to it. I don't think guarding decreases the damage from it. You can steal from her.........I was just extremely unlucky. I don't think she has anything that good anyway. This is probably the toughest fight so far, so be careful.
