Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 vs OnePlus 6T vs Honor View 20 Camera Comparison
337Comparison and review of Xiaomi's Mi Mix 3 camera tech/features against Honor's View 20 and the OnePlus 6T. Which smartphone boasts the best optics, and which is our favourite for photo and video quality in early 2019?
The Mi Mix 3 and OP6T both sport a dual lens rear camera, while the View 20 uses a 48MP single lens setup (that ToF effort does nothing right now). Around the front, Xiaomi's mobile also boasts a secondary depth sensor - although that selfie camera is hidden away behind a sliding panel! You also get a dedicated flash, while the OnePlus and Honor phones makes do with a single lens and screen flash feature.
Photo results definitely differed in our testing, although all three smartphones are quite capable. The Mi Mix 3 is a clear winner at night, although those selfie pics were disappointing when lights are low. The OnePlus 6T occasionally oversaturates, while the View 20 generally performs strongly across the board, especially with the AI mode active.
As for video, you can capture 4K resolution footage with all three phones, although the View 20 doesn't offer a 60FPS option.
