XIAOMI / REDMI NOTE 7 - IMAGE RETENTION FIX! [ROOT] & [NO ROOT] MIUI 10/11/12
415Update 2023: The video is made for REDMI NOTE 7 but this works on ANY phone expecially the non-rooted part, for root user make sure to find the correct kernel for your phone model and don't flash anything blindly!
IMPORTANT, LEAVE THE PHONE OFF FOR AT LEAST 30+ MIN AFTER.
Disclaimer: Non rooted users will not be able to completely get rid of it, but surely the tips in the video will help you a lot reduce it.

The kernel is necessary to obtain KCAL support which stock kernels lack.
I tested this kernel for a few days now and I can assure you it's stable, the battery seems to last even longer, and perform very well, if you are not an expert don't change any other settings on EX Kernel Manager or such apps.
Also, this kernel will fix the controller support and you can play games like call of duty with your favourite controller.
WARNING: Do not flash the Kernel by any chance on Android 10 Q or beta as soon as it come out, wait for the Predator kernel maintainer to push an update for the new system.
