I thought I'll never see this game disc ever since I misplace it. Anyway here is gameplay of a game called XIII. This game was available for PC (Microsoft Windows and Apple Mac OS X), Sony Playstation 2, Microsoft Xbox, and Nintendo GameCube. Footage is from the PC version.

XIII is a comic book-style, cel-shaded first person shooter loosely based on the Belgian comic book XIII. In this game you play as a man who is found stranded in the beach with amnesia and a gunshot wound in the head. While trying to find your identity, you've been mistakenly accused of the assassination of the President of the United States. As the accusation continues, you find yourself facing a gang of 20 conspirators (The XX), who aim to overthrow the government.
