This took forever, didn't it? Yes i finally completed this. The last 3 endings have been aquired, among other things. This is the first and so far only time anyone has truely completed this game. What will await us and how exactly does one get these endings?

Update: The exact number of deaths needed to get these endings is 6. Yes, this means that, because there's 3 stories, it's 6-6-6. And there's 13 endings. This is both clever and frustrating.
