At this point, the game starts to get really, REALLY, difficult, with many dickish tricks, traps and puzzles to deal with, in which failure becomes very easy and very quick at times. But still, i'm determined to SA rank every one of these on Hard, so let's get through this!

We have a Pinball Machine and a Puzzle Box, which has a red box inside of it that has the bomb... and the Puzzle Box was apparently inside this women, which is what the cutscene is implying. I am very confused. HERE WE GO!
