There were no more Game Boy Color versions after this was made. This one has a special level called Paris that was never put in any other version. This game has no cheats, majority of your actions are bunched together with 2 buttons and the game has gone out of it's way to make things as difficult as possible.

This game is garbage though. Complete and utter garbage. Do not play this. The controls, due to their bunch up nature, are fucking terrible. The graphics look like a downgrade from the previous GBC THPS games. The game is also literally impossible on trying to figure out what to do, where to find specific things AND it's fucking scoring system, with the main leader board being only 20K points, when the game IMMEDIATELY expects you to get 300K in THE VERY FIRST LEVEL.

Add to the bullshit that is the Contest, where the computer easily cheats and can make up to 400K, if need be, making that impossible aswell as there's no good way to make good combos and due to the controls, you will easily fuck things up and bail alot because the moment you want to grind, the game will instead do a flip because you wanted to do a Nosegrind.

This is the worse version of all 3 of the GBC THPS games. At least the 1st one, even though also impossible, was playable, and i'm gonna be honest in saying the best one was THPS2 GBC. It wasn't stupid like this one was. I have seen people defending this game, though. So here's what i'm going to say about anyone commenting on this to defend THIS game:

Make a VERY, VERY good reason why this game is good. Because i've given many reasons why this is shit. You cannot give me shit about the controls, the graphics, the music (which is in it's own right, garbage), the gameplay mechanics or even the levels, because not a single level design was good. Sometimes average, but not good. So i fucking DARE you to try and protect this game. Oh, and i ban you from using Nostalgia or your child hood as a barrier or a reason. That is the pussies way out of an argument about something from the past, and that's not going to slide with this one.
