3Note: In between this episode and the last, I went and spent 2CP at the shrine for the card locator so I'll have an easier time of remembering (and finding) where cards are. This is mostly to not waste time searching on camera. When I hear the noise, I'll look in the area, but yeah.
In this episode, Majima heads to the Dragon & Tiger restaurant to learn more about Fei Hu and Long Hua's trade in the weapon department. So, yeah. We can send "agents" out across the world, that will bring back weapons, recipes for weapons, and materials to make weapons. Each area of the world gives different things and each agent specializes in different things. Each agent also has different "bag space" so certain one's can only bring back very little, but sometimes worth it. Also, any weapons Kiryu has found previously, such as the Zap Gun for example, become purchasable here. I don't know how or why, but I'm not complaining. Those are nice against Mr. Shakedowns.
After that, he heads off across Iwao Bridge but spots a very life-like statue and upon further investigating, sees it's a man! The man's name is Tokokichi and he is a street performer. After apologizing for bothering him, Majima runs off elsewhere and when he returns, sees a few people have gathered around but Tokokichi is in a bit of a bind now. He has to go to the bathroom but doesn't want the kid to know he's not just a statue so he ropes Majima into helping. Majima has to make a distraction somehow...
After that, we run into one of Sotenbori's Mr. Shakedowns. A guy named Naoya Kawahashi. He's a big talker, and is in Sotenbori for a bit of fun, but on other people's expenses. He didn't bring any funds with him and is looking to take everyone else's money to have his good time in the city.

•Naoya Kawahashi, the Mr. Shakedown we fought, is modeled after his voice actor. Unfortunately, I don't know his name, given just how little vocal lines are spoken, but I did see a video in Japanese that showed several minor characters, like the Mr. Shakedowns, and their VA/Models.
