There are four Amons in Yakuza 2 of varying difficulties. Sango's a cakewalk. Jiro is hard to hit with his mobility at times but he's not too bad. Kazuya is pretty insane when you first fight him and probably the second hardest to no-damage. Jo Amon is the hardest of the four.

I struggled with Jo Amon. I wanted to no-damage him with no equipment, or just the Bloody Bindings, and it's really difficult without the Hercules Gloves, so I ended up using them. I cheesed one run and tried to be stylish in another but I think it ended up going pretty well.
