Part 2 of the game gives us a new character, Taiga Saejima, Majima's sworn brother, a man spending his life in jail and awaiting his execution for the murder of 18 people...

After some exposition, we get control of Saejima after 25 years of jail as he arrives in a new prison and gets acquainted with the local populace at 15:05, giving us an opportunity to discover his fighting style, which is radically different from Akiyama's. No high speed action and swift kick combos here, but instead overwhelming strength with powerful charged attacks. You also start at level 1 with no skills unlocked, considering EXP is going to be in short supply for a while, you want to prioritize your unlocks, Combo Speed Boost is extremely useful, as are the Double and Triple Charging Finishes, those should be your absolute priority.

After getting thrown in solitary confinment, Saejima is contacted by a familiar face, Goh Hamazaki, whom we met in the previous game, and the two start planning an escape, requiring some bartering and... "persuasion" to gather the required items.

50:48 is when the escape properly starts, and it is a long battle worthy of that name and possibly the hardest part of the entire game, better get used to Saejima's gameplay quickly, because you're going to face a lot of enemies with only the few healing items you'll find on the way. Saito's second encounter in particular is brutal, especially since Saejima will have very little upgrades by that point. 01:00:35 gives us one of the most satisfying Feel The Heat moments in the series though, man, bashing Saito's head in feels good!
01:10:55 is when we finally reach our destination, though Saito and his guards have no intention of letting us leave and we have to make one final stand here! Thankfully, there's a lot of space to move around, and by now Saejima will have a few more tricks at his disposal for you to use, some of the guards also drop healing items, once you're past this, you're home free!
