Here are the Weapon Revelations in Yakuza 5, i'm surprised no one did a video on it so here it is in 2018.
To get the Revelation you need to hit enemies with the triangle button on the props shown in this video without using heat actions until you see the character face flash on the screen like the heat actions though it can be tedious (Dolly cart is a drag because it breaks in 2 hits) if you have heat Hold L2 and then press Triangle to still swing without doing heat actions though the camera will reset still is a better option unless you have an accessory that blocks heat. I'm also still learning Japanese :)
