The Finale starts with a rather grim scene before we're back with Kiryu in good ol' Kamurocho! Our objective is New Serena, but there's a bit more we can do first. Since we completed Sosuke's training and lent him cash to go to the city, heading to the Dragon Palace will let us see him enter the Komaki Dojo and following him will get us a scene, the first in a sequence and we'll have to leave and return a few times to get them all and learn the Max Tiger Drop, widening the window to execute this powerful counter!
But that's not all! Talking to old man Komaki after that will allow Kiryu to attain a breakthrough if you have reached level 20.

This is one of the hardest fights in the entire game, you'll have to face both Sosuke and Sotaro at the same time, and they're relentless. Thankfully Sosuke has some pretty exploitable combos that let you Tiger Drop him, and that's basically your only option, he'll regularly activate his Dragon Spirit and become invincible, so respond with yours, try not to get sandwiched between both Komakis and whittle them down with Tiger Drops. Once Sosuke's down, things become slightly easier, Sotaro has a lot of moves in common with Kiryu so you can exploit openings you should be familiar with.

Victory here will allow Kiryu to raise his level cap to 25!
