I fully rebuilt this 1981 Yanmar YM336D diesel engine. Installed new rings, liners, rod bearings, valves, ground the valve seats, head gasket (obviously), shimmed the valve springs.

Does this sound like it should? A few minutes after I stopped the video the engine stopped almost like it overheated, but didn't.
