0Stellaris 3.4 makes an appearance with the new DLC, Overlord. Take control of your vassals like never before with specialisations allowing them to build up their military or scientific might, or request resources from them in exchange for independent voting or expansion rights.
Also with Overlord is a new game start where you are a tiny vassal under an empire, but when that empire splits you have your own chance to strike out and become an independent empire, or turn around and revassalise all your fellow vassals under your own control.
