100% is defined as collecting everything on the totals screen, with the exception of the Golden Try tonic. So this means collecting all 48 Bees, 61 Overworld Tonics, and 200 T.W.I.T. Coins.

This is a pretty solid improvement over my first run of this category. There is sill a bunch of slop throughout the whole run, but I actually mostly knew what I was doing this time. I'd like to push this run down to under 4 hour someday. It shouldn't be hard to achieve with better movement and dying less.
