This movie couldn't put "no animals were harmed in the making of this film" in the credits because a lot of chickens, goats, sheep, and horses died during the making of the film. In fact, according to The Hollywood Reporter, 27 of the 150 animals died during productions because they were kept at a farm filled with bluffs, sinkholes and other “death traps.”
