103In PSO2 we are getting an update on 2/16/2022 that will add new weapons that will need 150 Photon Scales to unlock its first potential. This number could increase with more upgrades and Photon Scales aren't easy to come by. There will be new methods to get Photon Scales in the future, but if you cant you can simply use N-1 potential items
