Victoria 3 is a massive grand strategy game and in this video you're going to witness it 100 years earlier, with a 1736 start and a whole host of other updates that turn Victoria 3 into an alternative start, alternate history, Baseilia Romaion strategy game! It recently received it's rebellions update, part of what looks like a regular update schedule for the mod, although I haven't experienced the rebellions feature myself much yet.
