There is a new policy that YouTube is requiring 1000 subscribers and 4000 hours of watch time to maintain having the monetization status of a page. Watch this video and tell me what you think below is this a good new policy or a bad new policy for YouTube to implement? please don't forget to like my video and subscribe to my page for more information.
We can all take this as a good thing and understand that it just means that we need to provide better content for our viewer and convince them to stick around and come back more often so that they will get us to the new level required by YouTube. This new policy is something that probably should have been activated a long time ago so that they can really focus on those that are really putting in the time and providing good content and they are working to be monetized and they probably deserve the most to be monetized. I do wish that this policy that YouTube has created would have allowed people who were already monetized to stay monetized but it is what it is and that is the way that the new policy is going to work. All and all I am seriously worried that my page is going to be demonetized and I will basically have to start all over with all of the work that I have been doing to get where I am now. But that just means that I need to study the policy and work toward getting monetized all over again.
