*UPDATE* The dispute was successful and ZEEL has removed their claim on the video. This leads me to believe that YouTube was definitely the cause of the claim and not ZEEL themselves.

So yep, unsurprisingly, YouTube is still allowing anyone to claim another creators video without question. As everyone will know, this is disgusting... and how the original uploader and NOT the "claimant" has to prove they own the content of YOUR video.

So some Indian company called Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited (ZEEL) has claimed ownership of a 30 second "cut-scene" during the Hulk vs Abomination fight.

So apparently an Indian company owns the Hulk and Abomination and NOT Marvel... you learn something new everyday. Though I'm sure Marvel Studios will disagree.

As despite it obviously being fair use to upload footage of the game, people still think they can get away with it. And we, as the uploader, WE are the ones who get punished. But where are the punishments for the claimers who issue illegal and illicit claims? Oh right, there IS no punishment. YouTube don't give a shit about you as a Content Creator... LeafyIsHere.. need I say more?
