to get ALL your suscriptions (including totalbiscuit!) to google reader
[1] Go to http://www.youtube.com/account_sharing?
[2] Locate the "On Youtube" section.
[3] Locate the "Subscribe to a channel" option and make sure that it's toggled.
[4] Add http://gdata.youtube.com/feeds/base/users/USERNAME/newsubscriptionvideos? to your Google Reader.
EDIT: "on youtube" section is now called "sharing" in the account settings
