It has been just under two weeks since the first time this happened to many youtubers' vids. Now it's happening again. Hopefully it's just my account but in case it's not, here is a link to the Google Forum where this is being discussed:

Update: This has been fixed. The counters are now moving on vids posted in the last few hours. I'm waiting on confirmation of retro-views during the time lost and when that happens I'll revise this update!
