Steps:
1) Activate Junk Converter's effect and send it and 'Jet Synchron' to the GY. Add 'Junk Synchron to your hand.
2) Activate Jet Synchron's effect in the GY and send 'Mecha Phantom Beast O-Lion' to the GY.
3) Special Summon 'Jet Synchron'.
4) Activate O-Lion's effect and Special Summon a token.
5) Activate 'Dopplewarrior's effect and Special Summon it in ATK Position.
6) Synchro Summon 'Armory Arm'.
7) Normal Summon 'Junk Synchron'.
8) Activate Junk Synchron's effect and Special Summon 'Junk Converter' from the GY.
9) Synchro Summon 'Junk Warrior' using 'Junk Synchron' and 'Junk Converter' as its materials.
10) Activate 'Jet Synchron' effect in the GY to Special Summon 'Mecha Phantom Beast O-Lion'.
11) Activate Armory Arms' effect and equip it to Junk Warrior.
12) Enter the Battle Phase and attack 'Sephylon the Ultimate Timelord' with 'Junk Warrior'.
13) Armory Arms' effect will activate, inflicting half of Sephylon's ATK as Effect Damage.
14) Defeat Z-One with 'Dopplewarrior'.
