"Hero" has been transfar to Duel Academy, and you are given the basics of the school, by Shepperd. After talking to him, you are send to class to meet to me your new teacher, Dr. Crowler. From there, you meet the centre cast of the school.
After meeting/chatting with them, your first class begins. After class, you meet Dr. Banner, your dorm teacher. After seeing your dorm, meeting Pharaoh, and a lesson about dinner time, Jaden, Syrus, and Clumley shows your room, and they welcome you to their room anytime.
Note: When you beat the game at least once, Shepperd will allow you to put one forbidden card in your deck. ONLY ONE!
