You can't play proper coop in WC 2011 (nor any other official Yu-Gi-Oh game at the moment, as far as I know) - you can either play with an AI partner against 2 AI opponents or play 2v2 multiplayer with 4 players - so I teamed up with a saved "ghost" of my friend (basically, an AI-played copy of his in-game character and deck), who's a fan of Relinquished and made a deck that uses it along with few other ritual monsters. I used a level 8 dark ritual deck with Relinquished. We won 2 duels against an AI tag team of Demise and Gishki.
