Something sort of cool, the Chinese rip off of the Avon 40mm C50 filter sort of screws in and partially seals to the 42mm port of the Yugoslav M52 mask, while this mask is about 70 years old and the filter isn't the totally correct fit so it's not a good idea to use this for anything serious.
It's just interesting it would bodge up as a George Romero The Crazies style prop.
