One never knows what s/he and I and I will find inside the box. I found everything as the box stated, but not what I actually thought was the best part of the Greenworks Pro advert abdvsellingbpoint…the 15-inch Surface Cleaner😮‍💨🤔. What’s up with that? I bought it thinking it came included, but it was written in fine print very small font. I did not think i would have to ask the Sales Reps, but now I and I (you and I)will think twice before purchasing a Greenworks piece of equipment without sitting down ro really read the obscured fine print hidden from view. “Click-Bait?” Why was not I told that the nicest selling point of this purchase was gonna be the Surface Cleaner to minimize streaks and discolored patterns was not included? Who’s at fault? Yes, I could blame them
Or the sales rep or the manufacturer. But instead, I will blame myself for not taking or having the proper time to read all the black fine print on the box written into the obscure area😶‍🌫️. Yes, Greenworks, very clever, and I am not laughing. It showed optional equipment on the box, but the whole box was caged up and not on the floor for us to turn around and watch/read all the writings. Very questionable advertising I will call it, because I paid $419 for each of these, which does not include tax. For some, thats nothing. But for new business startups like ours where outside funding/capital is little to none, it real can hurt. And we purchased four! Now we gotta go spend more unnecessarily in time, effort, and $, while delaying completing other projects in order to make it work well. It was cleverly hidden away in an obscure location. Why? is the question I am asking. Why go through such efforts to hide it, but showcase it so boldly on the front picture🤔? I take blame this time for being in a rush to get working projects done. But Greenworks, I am disappointed in that what I see too prevalent in society is this same tactic of “bait and switch” or “click-bait” applied here😔. Because I was hoping to start now and showcase how great your device is, but instead I will try to go out and purchase a piece inconveniently not included by Greenworks. Why do it, Greenworks? To possibly try and upsell us more? What would it have cost you, Greenworks, to include this extra accessory? I have bought numerous products from you before, but this action of obscure labelling has disheartened me from trusting too much in your products going forward. EGO in contrast, over-delivered and gave us lots more goodies than what we were expecting. I was going to buy an EGO Pressure Washer too but did not see one amongst the lineup if EGO products in Lowe’s. So, Green works, you are on notice. I am gonna shoo and revommend others purchase EGO over Greenworks for their questionable business and marketing/advertising practice.
