This is going to be a series I plan to remake more properly. I plan to teach the easiest things first so its not overwhelming to new timers, to later quickly push forward and do some fun and amazing things. First thing is first though. The basics. The tags we will focus on for now though is just these 3:
Cost=
Speed=
Strength=
All of them require a number. Cost can be both +/-. If positive, it takes the value inserted. If negative, it gives the number inserted. (example, Cost=500 means you pay $500 to get while Cost=-800 means the game pays you $800 for constructing the unit)
Speed is how fast the unit goes. Infantry has a limit though. If to fast, they can get stuck easily. It is best to keep in 10 and under but I am sure you can go a bit faster with no problem. Or I can be wrong, time for you to try yourself.
Strength is how strong the units armor is. The more, the more it can take. Strength=1 means anything can kill him while Strength=8888888888 means he is almost impossible to kill.

Simple? Good. Practice this and get a feel of the INI system. Infantry are listed here, play with them all and get used to this so more advanced stuff will seem easy. Just type in whats listed exactly in the Brackets without the brackets (which are [THESETHINGS]) :
