While making texture mods I was trying to test Zaeed and the lighting was just too dark. I found a just handful of tweaks, ~ 3 light's values changed, and we get this result. Much closer to OT and also just easier to see. The lights are also less jumpy/pop in and out less, which is an issue that also plagues OT ME2. I also restored in-game motion blur in the modded version.
