Zanac ザナック (Machine type: MSX)
Zanac is a classic shoot-’em-up video game originally developed by Compile and published by Pony Canyon. It was first released in 1986 for the MSX home computer system, followed by other platforms like the NES and Famicom Disk System.
MSX-Specific Notes
The MSX version had somewhat reduced graphics and sound compared to the Famicom/NES versions but was still quite advanced for its time.
It supported the MSX’s PSG sound, and some later versions could take advantage of MSX2 enhancements.
