A quick go of Zanthrax, a game that came free with the October issue of Crash in 1989, which was the first issue of Crash I ever bought! I remember thinking how cool it was that you could make a game and if it was good enough get it published on the Crash Powertape for all the Speccy gamers to enjoy…and of course Zanthrax was and led to WASP getting to work with Codemasters further down the road….
*Edit* I scheduled this video to go up today a week or so ago, and woke up on Thursday to read the horrible news that W.A.S.P.’s lead programmer Lyndon Sharp had sadly passed away recently after suffering from bad health, and so this video is now dedicated to his memory… My thoughts are with his friends, family and all who knew him…
R.I.P. Lyndon Sharp - thanks for all the enjoyment over the years playing your games!
