Zelda II NES HD CD Soundtrack! Xtreme SNES Core Update WIP! Mini Classics! Bonus: Macross SHMUP!:)
22How about we run Zelda II Adventure of Link with a full CD Soundtrack, with crystal clear HD Audio, and glorious and beautiful and breathtaking cleaned up visuals! The previous incarnation of this Core that I posted was broken in several ways. Yes, it is one of the best running SNES Cores you can hope to imagine having on the Mini Classics! But, that "blur effect issue" is quite the problem and detractor, as well as generally broken sound, all around!:)
But, no more, not only is the blur entirely gone, performance and speed is much better for ALL SNES Games, including Marvelous, Mega Man X1, X2, X3, Star Fox, Yoshi's Island, Super Ghouls n' Ghosts, Super R-Type, list goes on! Normally, you'd have to patch games like Super R-Type and Super Ghouls, which also ran horrifically on the original hardware...to run feasibly on about any SNES Emulator/Core on the Minis! But, this updated Xtreme SNES Core can handle anything and everything you toss at it, including the kitchen sink! Sound is vastly improved, as in this video, too!
Personal thanks to those who have given me feedback on issues with various Cores, so I can what I can to get them fixed up, myself, or collaboratively with other amazing developers in our scene, as well as others!
Next Update, everyone:) A few more Cores and additions to touch up. Will try to get things posted in the time frame of Doctor Strange 2 - Top Gun: Maverick theatrical release dates! Thanks for your patience! Will post more videos showcasing other additions and fun stuff to come for this impending Update:)
Now to go see Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent. I signed up for Peacock awhile back, so I could see the new Halloween movie. And, I took advantage of the "movie benefits" program they emailed me about. Usually, I just ignore stuff like that. But, I poked and prodded a little, just in case. And, low and behold...it just gave me a code to redeem via Fandango. I feel I will get more email spam. But, hard to avoid that sort of thing anyways! But, free movie:) So, no real complaints! You take the good, you take the bad, the mod facts of life:)
