Coffee Date is Evelyn Rivera, a composer and multi-instrumentalist from Los Angeles. Known for her collaboration album with Dj Cutman, Stardew & Chill, the pair reunite on a heartfelt remix of Tarrey Town's night theme from The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. Using piano, violins, and acoustic percussion, the duo offers a hi-fi spin on the lofi genre.
“Tarrey Town” was originally composed by Yasuaki Iwata, and was featured first in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. “Nights in Tarrey Town” will appear on Coffee Date's upcoming Zelda tribute album, Hyrule Café, releasing September 15th.
