Zen 3 - AMD Confirms 64 Cores & SMT-2 | Radically Altered CCX Design

In a video set at a HPC event in the UK, AMD confirmed that Zen 3 will feature SMT 2, and that Milan will go up to 64 cores, 128 Threads. Further, according to AMD the CCX design will be radically altered with Zen 3 compared to Zen 2.
Zen 3 will have 'at least' 32MB level 3 cache, but it won't be split across cores in the CCX, and instead the whole chiplet looks like it essentially becomes a CCX. So rather than 4 cores and 16 MB level 3 cache per CCX (and two of those per chiplet) chiplet like Zen 2, it becomes 8 cores and 32 MB for that CCX.
This will interesting implications of Zen 3 for ryzen 4000 too.
