The situation with YiXuan really is awakening my Hi3 memories though, In Hi3 we have Fist of TaiXuan a Martial art form that allows practitioners to channel Houkai energy to fight, taught by the Immortal Empyrean who survived from the previous Era. This allowed Kiana to learn it easier than others due to her innate Herrscher powers that allowed her to control Houkai energy.

and in ZZZ, our MC just somehow managed to 'Control' Ethereal energy to save Vivian. YiXuan then mentioned that this is similar to what they practice at her school on some mountain somewhere.
