Zeromus + Lavos = Zerovos? Lavomus?! — Matthew Valente (Final Fantasy IV Soundfont)

I was going to push this off until after AP testing but I was digging around his website ( http://tssf.gamemusic.ca/main.html ) for no apparent reason and I found that he'd left a dOWNLOADABLE MIDI—I felt as if I'd seen the face of... whatever you believe in.
this is my other other magnum opus, I think, because while I did have half the work done for me, it was still a LOT. I fixed some errors (at list, I think they were) and redid some things to make the two sections sound more like their respective originals.
this also forced be to innovate in some ways. for example, I had to sample both of Lavos's screams and... the really fast organ in the first section. C700 (the VST) wouldn't let me play high enough notes, so I played it an octave down, recorded it, pitched it up in Audacity, and played it back as one long sample. I also borrowed FFV’s open hi-hat and toms, FFVI’s guitar and choir, and of course that dirty Lavos synth
overall, I'm very proud of it :]
also, y'all like that box art? Photoshop is a magical tool, I must say
